At Maxis CRM, (we, us) we consider protecting the privacy of our website visitors www.maxiscrm.com (the website, site, application, platform), and the security of their personal data is extremely important.

This privacy policy document describes the security of data submitted on the website, the types of information we collect from visitors, and the record we keep. The document sets out the conditions in which we may process the information collected from you or that you provide to us.

The document and the mention are only applicable to the personal information collected on the site and the personal information collected relating to our customers (as defined below). Information Collected

The personal information collected depends on the interaction that takes place between you (visitor) and Maxis CRM. Using Maxis CRM as a service, we store all data you provide, including but not limited to account creation for the team members, file, picture, project information, and all other information that you provide to the service.

Within the services, we also collect data about the usage of the services. This widely includes but is not limited to numbers of users, flow formation, responses, analytics, broadcasts, etc.

Personal Data Collected

Types

  1. Maxis CRM Customer: (Customers, Client): Name, Address, Organization Name, Identification, publicly available social media profile information, electronic mail, IT information like (IP addresses, usage data, cookie data, browser data.
  2. Payment Details: Credit Card Details, Account Details, Payment Information. Using the third-party service provider, we process your credit card transactions. These third parties are subjected to their own agreements.
  3. Premium Subscription: While you Sign up for a premium subscription for the services, we collect information to process your payment and create your customer account. The information includes name, mailing address, physical address, telephone number, and the company name where applicable. We retain the last four digits of your credit card that will be used to identify your card used for future purchases.
  4. Feedback: We try to deliver the best user experience and satisfaction to our customers. To attain it our products and services often give you the option to provide feedback, suggestions, compliments, complaints, and comments. Such feedback and comments with your user’s name, mail address, city, and other information posted publicly will be visible to the public. We are not responsible for the privacy of any information that you choose to post to the site, including in our blogs or for the accuracy of any information contained in those postings. Here any information you disclose becomes public information. We cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Privacy Policy, the law, or your personal privacy.
  5. Data collected for and by our Customers: We are not responsible for the information you collect from your users, customers, prospective customers, and through social media and messaging platforms contact (collectively “Subscribers”) or other individuals. We have no direct relationship with your subscribers or any person other than you, and for that reason, you have to make sure you have all the appropriate permission and legal basis for us to collect and process information about those individuals.
  6. Automatic Information Collection: Both the casual visitors and customers Log Data is automatically recorded from the server. This Log Data may include IP address, device type, browser type, country, page visitor, the duration of stay on a particular page (bounce rate), users’ search terms to reach the platform, links to our site, and other statistics. Maxis CRM and our third-party tracking partners may use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our services and this may include using cookies, pixels, and web beacons. These cookies are controllable at the individual browser level.
  7. Sensitive information: You are restricted from sending sensitive personal information that includes social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background, or union membership. We are not responsible for the protection of your sensitive personal information, hereby we advise you not to use it.

Purpose of Data Collection

  1. To operate, process, administer and improve the service.
  2. To communicate with you regarding your service account, if you have one, including by sending you Service announcements, technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages.
  3. To process the payment to have a better understanding of your needs and interests and give you a personalized experience with the services.
  4. To send you updates through mails.
  5. To satisfy your queries, service requests, and feedback.

Marketing Activity

The data and information are collected to send you proper invites to participate in the quizzes, our surveys, promotions, or events. We may send you Maxis CRM related marketing communications, if permitted by law but will provide you with the ability to opt-out.

The data collected are used to analyze the trend, administer the site, track the user, serve targeted advertisements, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

To comply with the law: We use your personal information as we believe necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal processes, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities.

Maxis CRM does not share or sell personal information that you provide us with any organization or third-party vendor without your express consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. We employ third-party companies, individuals to administer and provide the service on our behalf (Credit Card Payment Processing, Customer Support, hosting, email delivery, and DBMS). These third parties are permitted to use personal information about you only to perform these tasks only for lawful business purposes in accordance with the terms of the agreement(s) we have in place with such service providers and for no other purpose.

2. Compliance with Laws: Maxis CRM may disclose information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as required by law, comply with applicable laws and lawful requests and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities; (b) enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Services; (d) protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of you or others; and (e) protect, investigate and deter against fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity.

If you wish to access your personal information that Maxis CRM collects, you can do so at any time by contacting us using the contact details.

Maxis CRM account holders may review, update, comment, edit or delete the personal information in their registered profile by logging into their account.

European Economic Area (EEA)

The residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) can object to the personal information processing, the residents can restrict us to process their personal information or request portability of your personal information where it is technically possible.

If you are a resident of EEA and if we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can take advantage of these rights by contacting us.

  • Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
  • You have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal information.

We ensure we revert back to all the requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Access to data controlled by our customers: We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information is contained within the Custom User Fields processed by our Service. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete personal information provided by our users should direct their request to the Customer directly.

Data Retention

We retain the user data and information as long the association exists between the customer and Maxis CRM that complies with the legal requirements. On law demand, we are ready to delete it.

Data Transfer

The information and data we collected from you can be processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers.

By agreeing to Maxis CRM privacy policy you agree to process your data outside your country you reside in. Our collection and use of your personal information as described herein and in accordance with the data protection laws of the countries in which we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, which may be different and maybe less protective than those in your country.

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, this means that we may transfer personal information outside of your country. Such transfers are made using appropriate safeguards and supplementary measures, such as the EU Standard Contractual.

Clauses for Controller-to-Controller and Controller-to-Processor Transfers (“Safeguards”).

Children Information

Maxis CRM believes it’s important to protect children from online misleading and abuse. If you are under 18, you may not attempt to register for the services or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. In the event of confirming that we have collected personal information from someone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

Security

We take appropriate measures to protect our user’s personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorized use, and destruction. We take all necessary measures to store personal information from the site and/or the services in a reliable operating environment that is not available to the public. Despite being conscious, Maxis CRM cannot guarantee if the data and personal information are attacked by hackers from illegally obtaining access.

Privacy Policy will be updated once in a while in accordance with the data protection laws. When we update our Privacy Policy, we will take appropriate measures to inform you.
